Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of twelve (12) years of systems engineering experience; will consider a Master of Science in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of systems engineering experience Experience in technical leadership, leading a group of 7 or larger Experience in requirements decomposition, integration, verification planning, and requirement sell-off Experience in qualification of new / modified product for Block Upgrades Must have experience in full systems engineering lifecycle for complex systems Experience in communicating with all levels of peers, management, and customers in a methodical, detailed and process-oriented fashion Experience in successfully managing cost and schedule on projects. Active DoD Secret Clearance Experience working in the defense industry or weapon systems Experience in system security, cybersecurity (not IT network/system), and anti-tamper Experience in Verification and Validation Experience with Digital Engineering
