Primary Level Salary Range: $163,200.00 - $244,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Experience in modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis for operations, including the use of analytical modeling tools like MATLAB, STK, or similar environments. Experience with combat simulation environments such as AFSIM and/or Brawler, ensuring realistic and effective simulation outcomes. Experience with programming languages like Python, C/C++, as well as scripting in Linux/Windows environments, and experienced in statistics, design of experiments, and high-performance computing. Experience with DoD testing and acquisition principles, with hands-on experience in developmental testing, planning, and execution of weapon tests. Advanced degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related technical fields. Active Top Secret Clearance or higher. Experience with JMP, R, or other domain specific environments supporting data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis. Domain experience in simulations of RF, EOIR, Communications, or related systems. Understanding of the Systems Engineering and Integration & Test processes. Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
