Provide specific detailed information for hardware and software selections, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements. Evaluate and report on new communication technologies to enhance capabilities of the network. Bachelor's degree with 12+years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years; An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement. Active Top Secret/SCI at time of application, and willingness to sit for a Full Scope polygraph Candidates are required to be Security+ certified. Candidates are required to travel a minimum of 20% Experience with:
LAN/WAN and OSPF/BGP/EIGRP Switches, firewall, and router Hardware and Software Knowledge Encryption Knowledge Current, adjudicated Full Scope polygraph Security+ certified Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network and software interconnections and interfacing, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers etc. Evaluate and report on new communication technologies to enhance capabilities of the network.
