Job Description
Master of Science Degree in theoretical physics, applied mathematics, or STEM related engineering field and 10 plus years of relevant technical professional experience. Ph.D. in theoretical physics, applied mathematics, or STEM related engineering field and 8 plus years of relevant technical professional experience. Strong background in superconducting circuits and systems. Significant experience with computational methods for modeling and simulation. Experience with physics-based modeling and simulation. Experience writing version-controlled code in Python. Proven skill at tackling/solving complex problems. Ability to learn new topics quickly in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a collaborative, diverse environment. This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance per customer's requirements. PhD in theoretical physics, applied mathematics, or a relevant STEM engineering field. Expertise in model/simulation loop closure based on process control monitoring and functional test data. Experience with noise-modeling and/or decoherence mechanisms. Active U.S. Government security clearance
