Job Description
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM and 10 years of related experience, or 8 years of experience with a PhD in STEM. Experience leading a technical team of 5 or more employees with proven people leadership skills Strong technical presentation skills Experience estimating planning and scheduling Algorithm development and Analysis work for a technical team Recent and extensive MATLAB and Python Experience/ proficiency Eager to learn and absorb new concepts and information Proven experience in developing, prototyping and evaluating complex algorithms Experience with the MDA GMD program. Advanced degree in Mathematics or Physics Unix/Linux Operating System Experience Experience with optimization algorithms Experience with planning / scheduling algorithms Experience with sensor modeling, communication modeling, and / or missile modelling Battle Management or Fire Control experience Experienced with Linux, scripting, and operations
