Plan and execute the program lifecycle, including major program milestones / reviews (e.g., SRR, SFR, SDR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR, peer reviews, Pre-test reviews, Post Test Reviews, Pre-Ship reviews, Etc.) Ensure system technical compliance with the program Statement of Work (SOW) and system requirements. Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program life cycle, collaborating across an entire portfolio of programs. Collect, manage, and report the program metrics and Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). Manage risk and opportunity and the production of core engineering work products and track the work products and associated program dependencies in the program schedule. Coordinate between the System Architect(s), Chief Engineer(s), Product Team Lead(s), program manager(s), and customers to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline. Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience Demonstrated experience with Systems Development Lifecycle - Focus on SRR to CDR Demonstrated experience in systems development, integration, and test Demonstrated Requirements Management from Elicitation to Verification Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (SysML/MBSE) Risk and Opportunity Management experience Experience leading technical teams This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen Current Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI and a Polygraph prior to start Knowledge of Systems Engineering processing from generation of an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) to Work Product Breakdown into Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the development of complex systems of systems Experience working with CAMEO or other similar MBSE management tools Master's degree or PhD in STEM or technical management Understanding of DoD systems engineering requirements (e.g., UAF, DoDAF) Multi-Disciplinary Engineering exposure (Software, Hardware, Electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally Experience managing contracts of $10M+
