Responsibilities will include the following:
Analyze, architect, design, develop, and test Teamcenter configurations in an Agile environment. Develop and support integrations with other applications required to interface with the Teamcenter via custom-made or in-built APIs. Analyze and model data to map between different environments and pillar systems. Perform Root Cause Analysis on defects. Participate in code peer reviews and contribute towards the community of practice. Provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users. Participate in demonstrations and support users as required. Bachelors Degree in a related academic is required for this role in addition to a minimum of 12 years of related industry experience. 7+ years Teamcenter customization experience, including experience developing workflows, adding/enhancing action handlers, Code level customization using ITK, BMIDE, and Workflow Designer. Experience developing software solutions for PLM projects based on the Siemens Teamcenter platform. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor developers of all skill levels. Experience working in an Agile environment. Knowledge of system integrations between Teamcenter and downstream products such as Enterprise Resource Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Working experience and exposure to engineering and manufacturing business processes such as Change Management, BOM Management, and Bill of Process. Experience with Teamcenter integrations for content authoring tools. Understanding of concepts related to Teamcenter implementation using the Aerospace & Defense framework. A solid understanding of Digital Thread and Digital Twins. Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps or similar Agile collaboration tools. Understanding of DevSecOps concepts as they relate to software development and deployment. Demonstrated ability to translate complex or technical concepts into broadly consumable information.
