Bachelor's Degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field with 2 years of related experience; OR a PhD in a STEM field with 0 years of experience. Experience with composite and metallic materials including allowables Experience with finite element analysis Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
