SUPPLY CHAIN SUBCONTRACT SPECIALIST (LEVEL 2) - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance - 2 years experience with Bachelor's Degree supporting procurement function or 0 year experience of same with Master's Degree Principle Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist PRINCIPAL SUPPLY CHAIN SUBCONTRACT SPECIALIST (LEVEL 3) - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance - 5 years experience with Bachelor's Degree supporting procurement function; 3 years experience of same with Master's Degree; 1 year of same with PhD. ALL LEVELS Demonstrated skill and ability to perform professional tasks Problem solving aptitude to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity Understanding of and ability to process supplier invoices according to agreed payment terms Ability to provide accurate invoice and accrual forecasting Ability to contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals Ability to represent organization on specific projects Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.) Active Secret Clearance Experience in supporting all aspects of subcontract management from subcontract award through contract closeout process
