The Deputy Engineering Project Manager will directly support the Engineering Project Manager and associated SE&V teams to ensure program success, including but not limited to:

Technical Support and Coordination:

Assist in maintaining the Technical Solution Baseline and overall architecture integrity. Facilitate and track technical communications across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Resource Managed Organizations (RMAs). Follow up on technical issues to ensure their resolution is aligned with program requirements. Support the breakdown of system requirements and their allocation to ARTs and RMAs. Perform detailed tracking of changes to system requirements and verify compliance. Assist in the planning and maintenance of technical documents, such as:

Contribute to the management of Control Account responsibilities owned by SE&V Support the identification, assessment, and tracking of risks and opportunities at the SE&V level Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives and deadlines. Provide regular status updates to the Engineering Project Manager and other team leaders. Please include your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. A Bachelor's Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master's degree (preferred) in a STEM related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or PhD in a related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience Applicants must possess a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start with the ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance Ability and willingness to travel up to 35% to support business needs are required Foundational knowledge of systems engineering processes, systems integration, and requirements management Basic familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles Experience working in Agile Development Environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
