Responsible for “Cradle to Grave” oversight and ownership on Component Level Specification, Interfaces, and Corresponding Analysis Develops product level requirements for a component specification based on CONOPS, constraints, and higher level specification flowdown Provides Input to Systems Engineering Technical Reviews as Required by IPT Leads Performs Requirements Gap Analysis, TBD/TBR Burndown Analysis Coordinates with other disciplines as required to define requirements rationale Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. Requires BS in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years related experience or Masters Degree with 3 years of related experience Active US DoD Secret security clearance, or higher. Familiarity with the MDA organization and its methods of technical execution and review Experience with multiple types of launch platforms Experience with hypersonic weapons, and command and control technology Experience with AEGIS weapon system Willingness to work fast paced development programs Ability to travel is required Experience leading within and IPT organization as a lead or a SME
