Implement and manage system requirements in the Requirements Management databases (DOORS). Provide data for and assists in risk management (identifies potential risk) and trade study processes. Manages aspects of system design, analyses, interface verification, testing, and failure/anomaly resolution or mission operations. Participates in the creation of and manages changes to system or subsystem analytical models. Prepares and presents materials at major milestone meetings. Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. Requires BS in Engineering with a minimum of 8 years related experience, Masters Degree with 6 years of related experience or PhD with 4 year of experience. Experience developing requirements and designing missions without customer directed requirements Experience with requirements decomposition and allocation Willingness to work fast paced development programs Ability to travel is required Experience leading within an IPT organization as a lead or a SME System testing and launch operations experience is desired Previous Cost Account Management experience is desired Systems Engineering Experience working MDA flight tests is desired Interceptor development experience is desired
