Generate/document system level launch vehicle requirements, perform vehicle performance assessments, and participate in system level verification/data review activities Decompose, trace, and verify mission requirements within the designated requirement tracking database (DOORS) Interface with program management, engineering staff, and external customers Lead a team of systems engineers to complete efforts per the systems engineering standard Travel to support field/launch campaigns, and customer meetings with the opportunity to sit on launch console Present, and prepare materials for presentation during critical reviews Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 12 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in STEM with 10 years of related engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with 8yrs engineering experience Ability to travel is required Active US DoD Secret security clearance, or higher at time of application
