Proven experience as a team player and collaborator. Very strong engineering background with demonstrated experience managing through requirements, design and production. Experience managing large control accounts with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance. Solid understanding of engineering process with execution experience. Program management experience Success as a leader of large functional organization Experience with product line management and product line engineering. Demonstrated success in creating and executing affordability initiatives.
