Develop innovative approaches to analyzing weapon system data with statistics and data analysis to help sustain and maintain the Minuteman III (MMIII) weapon system Analyze failure and performance data across ICBM subsystems Develop engaging visualizations and reports to show MMIII data trends and results Prepare presentations and reports to brief Northrop Grumman and Air Force leadership on the status of weapon system assessment and risks Participate and lead risk management of weapon system parts and subsystems - Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Programs & Work/Life Solutions - Paid Time Off - Health & Wellness Resources - Employee Discounts This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This position may be hired at the System Engineer or Principal Systems Engineer levels depending upon applicant qualifications. Systems Engineer (level 2):
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience with bachelor's degree, or 0 years of experience with master's degree Experience with Air Force's Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) Experience using advanced data analytics tools to provide enhanced insight into weapon system conditions Experience with managing risks for a weapon system Experience working with government customers Dynamic personality for customer interactions Active DoD Secret clearance
