Conduct comprehensive production testing at various integration levels Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies efficiently Update and refine test procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency Actively participate in Test Readiness Reviews and test-preparation briefings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless test progress Coordinate test schedules with Air Vehicle Managers, Plane Captains, and Manufacturing Managers Support overtime and adapt to off-hour schedules as needed Methodical and well-organized with a keen eye for detail Innovative problem solver and self-starter Quick to adapt in a dynamic environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 2 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 0 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start) Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 5 years of experience; OR Master of Science degree in STEM with 3 years of experience or a PhD in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline with 1 year of experience. Experience in unmanned aircraft and aircraft systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness and ability to support 25% domestic and OCONUS travel Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance (not required to start) Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. FAA Airframe and Powerplant License Mechanical and test experience on aircraft and unmanned aircraft Prior test engineering experience on medium to large-sized unmanned aircraft Experience testing RF, ethernet, and electrical cables Experience with Teamcenter
