In this entry-level position, you'll be part of the Triton Launch and Recovery team, supporting safe aircraft movements across day, night and weekend operations. You'll work closely with ground maintenance crews and air traffic control to ensure every mission is carried out safely and to the highest standard. You will:

Assist the team during launch and recovery operations, including acting as the Safety Vehicle Operator. Perform vehicle pre-starts and aircraft preflight checks to ensure all equipment is safe and ready. Maintain clear communication between ground crews and ATC throughout operations. Record and report unserviceable equipment and help support timely repairs. Support perimeter control and documentation of cryptographic and sensitive equipment. You're motivated, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start your career in aviation operations with full training provided. You take pride in maintaining high safety standards, following procedures, and working as part of a close-knit operational team. A willingness to learn technical skills and operate specialised equipment. High attention to detail and the ability to follow approved procedures precisely.
