Summary
Summary The business workstream lead LDC (Lean Digital Core) /GMT is responsible for the overall project management of the implementation of the LDC and GMT system in Puurs from the business perspective. This is a temporary contract of +/- 2.5 years, ending in March 2028.The scope of this project consists of 3 phases :
- phase 1 : integration of warehouse/QA activities from Poema C/Poms to the current SAP-PEP
- phase 2 : implementation of GMT as the production MES, replacing POMS/Poema C
- phase 3 : replacement of current SAP-PEP by S/4-Hanna (=LDC)
The business workstream lead manages the project team, consisting of experts out of the involved business departments such as manufacturing, quality, data migration/cleansing, warehouse and MBR design.
