Summary
Summary The Director, Risk and Assurance Enablement will drive and operationalize the U.S. Ethics, Risk and Compliance (ERC) healthcare compliance risk management framework through innovative data, technology, and process enablement. This role will collaborate closely with U.S. Insights & Decision Science and Corporate Ethics, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen risk detection, enhance routine business activity reviews, and lead controls testing and assurance initiatives. The Director will emphasize leveraging advanced analytics, reporting, and technology solutions to deliver actionable insights and ensure robust compliance across the organization.Novartis will not sponsor visas for this position. Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role. This role is required to be in our East Hanover, NJ office 3x/week. Please only apply if this works for you.
