Summary
Summary The Executive Director will lead efforts to activate the new company-wide corporate narrative, elevating Novartis’s reputation as a leader in breakthrough innovation. This role will ensure our purpose—Reimagining Medicine to improve and extend people’s lives—and our values of Inspired, Curious, and Unbossed are communicated effectively across all audiences.Aligned with our corporate strategy and brand, this leader will design and implement a connected, multi-channel storytelling and thought-leadership approach to engage priority internal and external stakeholders globally. A key responsibility will be to mobilize the Corporate Affairs organization as ambassadors for the narrative, driving consistent activation across the enterprise.
In addition, the Executive Director will oversee high-impact special communications projects that are critical to shaping and protecting the company’s reputation.
