Summary
Summary The Head Product, Project Management & International Lead, RLT is responsible for the End-to-end Product Management of the RLT portfolio including business partnering with key stakeholders within the organization; e.g. Commercial Operations Units in Novartis Pharma and TRD.The associate will be responsible for defining and implementing the RLT strategy and translating, monitoring and governing strategic decisions into programs / projects in alignment with the strategic pillars of Novartis, in order to achieve a competitive advantage in all aspects of Technical Operations. Responsible for overseeing day to day supply in International markets, serving as a point of escalation and resolution for urgent issues. Wil be a member of the International RLT LT. Champions the Novartis Values & Behaviors and acts as a role model of leadership to foster an inclusive and high performing culture, which develops capability and talents.
