As an IT Intern, you’ll be immersed in developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate Desktop, designing intuitive workflows, and integrating solutions across Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint. You’ll support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, and presenting insights through dashboards and reports. Collaboration with IT and business teams is key, as is learning the Novartis IT framework and exploring automation opportunities using Python libraries or GPT-powered tools. You’ll also document your work thoroughly and assist with tech-related queries from associates.
