We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI
• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance Power BI and data analytics architecture.
• Develop complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling techniques.Design and maintain efficient tabular and relational data models (star/snowflake schema) optimized for performance and scalability.
• Build and manage reusable datasets, dataflows, and semantic models to support enterprise-wide analytics.
• Integrate data from multiple sources
• Conduct tuning, indexing, and caching to enhance report and dataset performance.
• Implement and optimize Power BI gateway connections, dataset refresh schedules, and incremental refresh policies.
• Apply best practices in DAX optimization, query folding, caching, and report load performance tuning.
• Configure and manage row-level and object-level security to ensure secure and governed data access.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to align Power BI solutions with enterprise data warehouse and cloud architecture.
• Maintain deployment pipelines, source control, automation.
• Document data models, workflows, and design decisions, ensuring traceability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot report performance, refresh failures, and connectivity issues across environments
• Candidate should have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
