We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Staff Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Developer with strong expertise in SAP LTMC/LSMW tools to support end-to-end migration activities. The ideal candidate should have:

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration, with proven expertise in LTMC and LSMW.

· Knowledge of ABAP is a plus and considered an added advantage.

· Deep understanding of LTMOM, including the ability to create custom structures, perform mapping, and define event- or field-based rules.

· Experience in at least one full-cycle Data Migration implementation project.

· Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during data load.

· Basic functional knowledge of SAP modules such as Material Management (MM), Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), and Procurement.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients, gather requirements, clarify issues, and manage escalations.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Functional Owners to gather requirements and clarify any doubts or issues.

· Independently develop LTMC and LSMW objects as per the Functional Specifications.

· Prepare and maintain Design Specifications in Solution Manager.

· Monitor and update the JIRA dashboard for ongoing tickets across multiple waves, ensuring SLA compliance.

· Debug and resolve errors encountered during data upload activities.
