We are currently seeking a SF - Service Cloud Cloud Lead Developer/Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

"Experience working with Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud is required. We are specifically looking for a developer with strong coding skills, including Apex, Aura Components, and Salesforce integrations.

8–12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on CRM or Service Cloud implementations.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
Experience delivering at least 3 Salesforce implementation projects.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Triggers, and integration tools.
Strong expertise in Lightning Experience, Experience Cloud/Communities, APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and legacy systems.
Proficiency in SOAP and REST API development and consumption.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Salesforce certifications are required (Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud).
Working hours - 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST."
