Role Overview

The Nuclear Manufacturing Supervisor at Cardinal Health's East Hartford, CT facility oversees production of critical radiopharmaceuticals like FDG and Sodium Fluoride. This full-time role involves leading a small team during overnight/early morning shifts (8pm-4am), with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

As Nuclear Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll drive daily operations with precision:

• Work in full compliance with EHS, cGMP, Radiation Safety, FDA, pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies.
• Manage a small team to execute manufacturing processes and maintain production schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews, create shift schedules aligned with production demands, and foster employee engagement.
• Oversee facility budgeting, generate financial performance reports, and act as Project Manager for investigational new drugs.
• Execute SOPs per cGMP and GDP standards, monitor quality, perform maintenance, and uphold sterile conditions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams using technology to meet product demands and adapt to process improvements.
• Maintain qualifications for production and quality release in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

Shift and Schedule Details

Expect Monday-Friday overnights/early mornings, with variability including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is key to supporting 24/7 radiopharmaceutical production.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking proven leaders with:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• 4-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in FDG/Sodium Fluoride manufacturing.
• Demonstrated team management, performance reviews, scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting success.
• Strong project management experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Regulatory expertise in cGMP, Radiation Safety, FDA, DOT, and EHS.
• Excellent communication, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and shift flexibility including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to obtain/maintain production and quality qualifications.
