The Nuclear Staff Pharmacist at Cardinal Health in Cleveland, OH, plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day nuclear pharmacy operations. As Nuclear Staff Pharmacist, you'll lead with precision in a fast-paced setting. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, a valid Ohio Pharmacist license (or eligibility to obtain one), and at least 200 hours of accredited nuclear pharmacy training. Prior Authorized User certification, as defined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (700 hours of structured training), is preferred; training can be provided. Essential skills include working knowledge of biohazardous waste management, strong communication abilities, manual dexterity for handling doses, and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver's license is required, with comfort driving in adverse weather for day/night deliveries. Intermediate computer skills, flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations are mandatory. Vendor credentialing may apply.
