We believe that Industrial AI and Digital Twins can transform the $10 trillion transportation industry.We need passionate, hard-working and creative people to help us pursue more of these rare opportunities in the Automotive Industry with significant opportunities such as Omniverse Digital Twins and Simulation, as well as related AI workloads such as CAE-HPC, GenAI for Design, Physics AI, and AI for Manufacturing (Predictive Maintenance, AOI, Supply Chain/Route Planning & Optimization, AI-powered Factory Assistants). The Auto business development (BD) team is looking for a high-impact, well-rounded leader who thinks strategically, and is hands on with leading complex global sales opportunities. Prior experience in global, cross-functional, matrixed and collaborative environments will be valuable in this role. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent.What you’ll be doing:Collaborate with Automotive customers and internal teams to identify, develop, prioritize, and drive growth in Omniverse and Industrial AI opportunities.Increase demand for Industrial AI workloads by working closely with BDs for GenAI, CAE, and Robotics, accelerating sales cycles and driving deeper penetration across these key workloads, ultimately fostering greater AI factory adoption.Empower and enable the field and partners with comprehensive knowledge of NVIDIA platforms, unique value propositions, competitive positioning, and GTM sales and marketing assets, in collaboration with our marketing teams.Collaborate with CSP, GSI/SDP, ISV DevRel and other NPN partner leaders to establish an ecosystem of partners to drive greater demand and adoption of Industrial AI in AutoDeliver and report on a 4-quarter revenue pipeline and forecasts, working closely with our Automotive segment sales and Finance teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.Drive lighthouse engagements when new platforms are released in the Industrial AI space. Represent the voice of Automotive customers and partners with insights to inform future product roadmaps and ensure core functionality meets customer needs.What we need to see:10+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years driving sales and business development work with major technology companies and innovative start-upsDemonstrable experience in technologies related to digital twin, metaverse, AI, immersive experience, and next generation Internet technologiesProven success in building and managing end-to-end solutions including business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketingShown ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.Experienced in structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting contracts/legal documents and working with attorneys to complete agreementsDemonstrated track-record of effective overlay sales, providing cross-functional GTM leadership to grow the business, working effectively with global teamsDemonstrated effectiveness in creating and running sales/RTM activation programsMaster’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or Engineering is a plusWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience in immersive 3D, digital twins, metaverse, SDR, XR.Understanding of the digital twin and immersive 3D landscape including key delivering partnersNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation.
