NVIDIA is looking for an experienced manager with networking expertise to lead a system testing and integration team in Cloud Solutions group. This team is responsible for the testing, integration, and delivery of most sophisticated company`s products under growing generative AI market.What you'll be doing:Lead pioneering technology qualification processesDesign and test NVIDIA large scale setups, that mimic Tire I customers data centers work loadsReview arch design and requirements for new features introduced in the whole Ethernet/InfiniBand switches and network adaptors portfolioDesign and build setup topologies for an appropriate product coverage with an emphasis on emulation of customer large scale / complex environmentsDesign, mentorship for testing automation team, and implement tests for the new features, as part of growing NVIDIA data center switches and network adaptors portfolio with its software releases cyclesGenerate comprehensive test reports during release execution procedure, assist with reproduction and debugs complex customer use cases, with determination of the issue root cause, be an engineering PIC for the full verification cycles of the customer use cases fixes provided by R&D teamReport bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D teamExecute End-to-end test scenarios in different scopes: Regression, Performance, Functional and Scale; Report the testing progress and provide summary reports of testing activityWhat we need to see:Networking protocols expertise ( CCIE / CCNA + ) , Hands-on capabilityBachelors/master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or equivalent experienceProven experience of 5+ years as a team leader, overall experience of 7+ yearsCapable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks.Excellent communication and technical presentation skillsStrong debugging and analytical skills.Fast and self-learner with outstanding technical skillsEffective trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, HyperV, VMWARE, OpenStack, Kubernetes)Knowledge of networking protocols: InfiniBand, EthernetExperience in programmingPrevious experience with Networking deployment based on 1588V2NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
