In this role, you will have the opportunity to help bring ground-breaking technologies to life!What you'll be doing:Lead go-to-market efforts for a given product(s), aligning the team’s efforts throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustainingDrive priorities to ensure product(s) achieve schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstaclesWork with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other teams to close gaps and resolve issuesCommunicate product status to internal (including executive) teams in NVIDIA and JDM/ODM partners from initial requirement definition through production delivery.Provide clear leadership and instruction to JDM and ODM partners to align with NVIDIA expectation and monitor the progress to release the product to the marketContinuously improve product quality by maintaining pulse on customer issues and feedback after launch, as well as by managing internal beta testing execution and integration of user feedback into product roadmapWhat we need to see:BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience)5+ yrs of working experienceHands on experience with hardware product developmentStrong project/program/product management fundamentalsCulture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem-solvingExperience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment, comfortable with ambiguityExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesWays to stand out from the crowd:Successfully delivering products from concept through launchDeep understanding of server product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design, firmware development, system validation and project management skillsProven understanding of NPI processes, including working with operations on manufacturing, quality, RMA, and EOLMaster’s degree in engineering or business is a bonusPM Certification/training a plus, not requiredWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology industry's most desirable employers.
