NVIDIA Networking Solutions Labs is looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking a service-driven, proactive professional who thrives both independently and collaboratively, and who can deliver top-tier support for R&D activities in a global environment. As part of our team, you’ll own the lab operations and inventory, contribute to the validation of advanced data center solutions, evaluate performance benchmarks, and help implement innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including operating systems, virtualization and containerization platforms, storage systems, and networking technologies.What you’ll be doing:Assume full responsibility over the Solutions Labs equipmentMaintain and manage physical and virtual servers, switches, and lab infrastructureProvide hands-on support for lab equipment across multiple locationsRack, stack, install, and configure new hardware/software according to project needsCollaborate with Engineering, IT, Facilities, and Operations teams to resolve technical issuesImplement cutting-edge, end-to-end data center solutionsDeploy and validate reference deployment documents and how-to tutorialsGather hardware requirements from internal stakeholders and assist in budgeting and procurementWhat we need to see:Practical Engineer degree in exact sciencesMinimum of 2 years’ experience in roles such as Support Engineer, System Administrator, or Data Center Operations EngineerSolid hands-on expertise with server hardware and IT infrastructurePractical experience managing Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and container technologiesHighly organized, self-driven, and detail-focused, with strong documentation and task management skillsCapable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic settingStrong command of English, both written and verbalWays to stand out from the crowd:Bachelor's degree in exact sciences or equivalent experienceExperience with distributed systems and modern data center technologiesUnderstanding of datacenter power and cooling infrastructure, networking, and cablingVast experience with Linux, Kubernetes, containers, and QEMU/KVM virtualizationUnderstanding of Networking layers and services (L2/L3, TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.)We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our company.
