NVIDIA is searching for a PCB Layout Manager to expand the System Product Team. As a PCB Layout Manager at NVIDIA, you will be responsible for the design and development of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) for all NVIDIA products. We have crafted a team of outstanding people stretching around the globe, whose mission is to push the frontiers of what is possible today and define the platform for the future of computing.What you'll be doing:Lead and manage a team of PCB layout engineers within the System Product Team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware design, validation, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and thermal engineering to ensure successful project delivery.Define and implement best practices for PCB layout design, ensuring high-speed signal integrity and manufacturability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Coordinate with external vendors and PCB fabrication partners to support project requirements.Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions to support the long-term goals of the System Product Team.Coordinate resources and collaborate with other PCB layout teams at NVIDIA worldwide to leverage expertise and ensure alignment on projects.What we need to see:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred.8+ years of overall relevant practical experience.4+ years of team leadership or management experience.Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and reliability in PCB layout design.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex design issues.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCB layout and manufacturing processes.Strong understanding of high-speed digital design principles and signal integrity considerations.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
