There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What you will be doing:Define a cohesive user-centric product vision and experience, along with product goals & metricsOutline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teamsIdentify & prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and ensure that they are completedMaintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possibleDevelop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve/mitigate technical challengesWhat we need to see:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)15+ years of experience in a similar or related roleExperience working in a software development environmentTrack record of leading the launch of new products or features to usersStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizationsWays to stand out from the crowd:Background with autonomous vehicles and/or machine learningExperience with data analysis tools/languages such as SQLExperience with start-ups and/or early-stage productsIf you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you!Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
