Job Description

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging with developers across Enterprise, Public Sector, Startups, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). In this role, you’ll drive the integration of NVIDIA’s GPU-Accelerated Computing platforms, with a strong emphasis on Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise and project management experience, combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for presenting how NVIDIA technology can tackle sophisticated, real-world challenges.What You'll Be Doing:Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for researchers who are using NVIDIA platform to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.Identify and accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating ground breaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA SW stack into developer’s platforms and pipelines.Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems in HPC and AI for manufacturing sector across semiconductor design to automotiveMap, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive researcher engagement.Plan and lead workshops and hands-on training to promote understanding of NVIDIA technologies, striving to expand and deepen the developer ecosystem.Represent and advocate for researcher technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from research collaboration to influence product roadmaps.What We Need to See:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, material science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).A minimum of 5+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, direct hands-on development experience in accelerated computing.Significant technical proficiency in manufacturing, vision inspection, digital twin in factory, high-performance computing, AI/MLExcellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshopsProven ability to structure and complete complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:Hands-on experience optimizing HPC and AI algorithm, Experience Accelerated Computing and Data Science Training, Industrial Digital Twins Training courses of NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, plus certificationFamiliarity with advanced GPU computing, AI, and/or NVIDIA GPU acceleration platforms such as NVIDIA Metropolis SW Stack(Deepstream, TAO, Visual Search and Summarization Blueprint), PINN(PhysicsNemo), Omniverse, EDA Tools, Gen AI, computational lithography,Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
