NVIDIA is looking for a hardworking Sr. Security Manager covering the APAC region, with direct experience to ensure the safety of our employees, lead physical security incident response, and manage our operations teams. Today, we are increasingly known as “The AI computing company”.What You’ll Be Doing:Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts throughout the APAC regionLead all aspects of a large, contracted guard force across multiple locationsDeep understanding of local security regulations and cultural considerations across APAC countriesSupervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) teamConduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviewsEngage and collaborate with global peers to benchmark standard processesProvide briefings, updates, and situational awareness reportsPartner with other business units and contribute to a strong work cultureSupport the local Emergency Response Team (ERT)Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies, to include law enforcement contactsWhat We Need To See:Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study10+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation, and 5+ years of management experienceIndustry methodologies and metrics defining excellenceKnowledge of security technology systems and conceptsUnderstand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulationsValidated decision-making and discernment skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)Experience leading physical security teams for large special eventsMulti-lingualNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
