Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you'll be doing:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies for optical products.Overseeing the production of optical components and ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.Conducting research and feasibility studies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.Developing and maintaining documentation, including manufacturing instructions and standard operating procedures.Working alongside the Operations, R&D, and NPI teams on projects & mass productionImplementing quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable output.Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.Evaluating and selecting appropriate equipment and tools for manufacturing optical products.Assisting in the testing and validation of new optical technologies and products.Travel as needed for the business.What we need to see:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industrySeasoned manufacturing engineer.Knowledge and experience in the Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – benefit)Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPointPerforms well in an intensive and dynamic environment.Fluent English.Outstanding communication skillsAbility to physically attend the Chonburi site on a daily basis.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Vast knowledge of manufacturing processesTeam player with good interpersonal relationsGoals oriented – meet goals and due dates.
