The successful candidates will play a crucial role in design, development, and improvement of our mechanical systems and products, lead to manufacturing issues debug and DoE.What you’ll be doing:Design and Development Design new mechanical components, products, and systems using PTC Creo software to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings for the development of products. Develop prototypes of mechanical designs and conduct tests to evaluate performance, making improvements based on the test results.Problem - Solving and AnalysisIdentify and troubleshoot issues in products. This could involve diagnosing problems in production line and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Project Management Manage projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross - functional teams such as electrical engineers, production teams, and quality control to ensure project success. Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to management and project team.What we need to see: A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. A master’s degree is a plus. 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience in IT product design is highly desirable. Proficient in PTC Creo software with the ability to create and modify complex 3D models and 2D drawings.In - depth understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science.Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, and welding. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines. Willingness to share knowledge and support team members. Strong analytical and problem - solving skills.
