Come join our dynamic team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world!We are currently looking for a Senior Methodology Engineer to develop and support our CAD tooling in our Circuit Solutions Group! In this role you'll be building solutions to boost productivity and efficiency of our custom circuit designs. You will be engaging with multi-functional teams to ensure the robustness of the designs that will have direct impact across all product lines.What you'll be doing: Work within a multi-functional team on various projects involving Pre-silicon and Post Silicon hardware design and related dataSupport circuit design engineers to automate typical design tasks and improve efficiencyBuild flows and methodology around vendor EDA tool and design collaterals to streamline design and verification workflowsWork closely with design engineers to support the existing development infrastructure, identify possible improvements and solutionsEmploy good software engineering practices to develop complex and scalable systemsWhat we need to see:MS/PhD preferred in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in VLSI CAD flows and methodologyTiming closure and STA tool experience requiredGood programming skills in multiple languages (C++, Tcl, Python, Makefile or other scripting languages)Prior experience with tool development, testing and deployment is requiredGood interpersonal skills, quick learner, proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and committed.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Previous work in VLSI, ASIC, or EDA is a definite plusExperience with .lib characterization flow or other related STA flowsEnjoy working with multiple levels and teams across organizationsEffective interpersonal and technical presentation skillsSelf-starter with passion for growth, real enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing findings across the teamNVIDIA is a pioneer in bringing groundbreaking technology to new markets.
