At NVIDIA, working closely with customers and R&D teams, you will have agency and be able to impart palpable effects on the business.What you’ll be doing:Support NVIDIA networking technologies such as Infiniband and NVLINK in AI clustersWork with customers on their technical challenges and requirements using said technologies during pre-sales activitiesDevelop proof-of-concept materials for innovative technologies for use by early adoptersGain customers’ trust and understand their needs to help design and deploy cutting-edge NVIDIA networking platforms to run AI and HPC workloadsAddress sophisticated and highly visible customer issuesWork closely with R&D teams to develop new features for customersHelp with product requirements alongside engineering and product marketingWhat we need to see:10+ years’ experience with computer software, knowledge of Linux kernel, Ethernet and IP protocolsB.Sc, Masters, Ph.D., or equivalent, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fieldFamiliarity with the Infiniband specExperience with distributed processing, HPC, and Message Passing Interface (MPI)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailsAbility to work collaboratively and be willing to work directly with customersWays to stand out from the crowd:Coding development experience with multiple programming languages (from low-level C programming language to high-level languages such as perl, python, and shell scripts)Knowledge in Cloud infrastructure and AI workflowsFamiliarity AI workloadsExpertise in handling and performing diagnostics on the Infiniband fabric, as well as debugging issues on the host, switch, and subnet managerCelerity in the Linux Environment and Linux NetworkingNVIDIA is the leader in industry-defining developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization.
