NVIDIA’s Quality Team is looking for a Senior PQE that has a strong technical experience in the area of system data center, PCBA manufacturing/functional testing and customer complaint handling. You will be reporting to Product Quality Manager.What you’ll be doing:Handling customer complaintsPerforming hand-on failure analysis on system and board product.Summarizing findings from analysis and working with cross-functional teams to drive for root cause and corrective actionsUtilizing data analysis tools for compiling ad-hoc or regular reports on product qualityWhat we need to see:B.Eng. degree or above (Electronics / Computer Engineering related) or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Application Engineering / Test fieldFamiliar with GPU architecture and technologyExperienced in board and system level failure analysis and debugFamiliar with system level testExperienced in test equipment bring upVerbal and written communication skills in English and MandarinExcellent problem-solving skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of Board FAGood Knowledge of GPU/CPU product infrastructure and test methodologyStrong technical/debug skills in test equipment and test program troubleshooting
