We need a creative people who can help to manage the test production line (OSAT), sustain the test program, enhance the test yield, improve the test quality cross all devices which include GPU, self-driving devices, AI-computing chips.What you'll be doing:Sustain the test program of mature products and released it into the production line successfullyDrive factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic reviewWork with the subcontractors for continuous process improvementCollaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractorManage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production lineLead root cause analysis and corrective action on production issuesIdentify and fixing manufacturing problemsIdentify process, material and test program issuesWhat we need to see:Bachelor Degree in an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science5+ years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiencesFamiliarity with mixed-signal IC test theory and manufacture process including wafer sort and final testFamiliarity with the hardware and software in ATE machineBackground with the data analysis and test yield improvementExperience with the production managementFamiliar with the burn-in theory and manufacture process are plusStrong communication skills in both English and MandarinSelf-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractorsGood organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solvingWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world.
