In this role, the service delivery manager will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production.What you will be doing:Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaboratorsUnderstand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutionsEnsure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly.Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customersCommunicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partnersLead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern pointsHandle the communication of project changes and release notices to customersDocument technical and operational procedures clearly and conciselyBe willing to work irregular hours as requiredWhat we need to see:BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in project delivery managementMinimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software productsIn-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customersSupreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teamsSuperb communication and presentation/oral skillsStrong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervisionExperience leading global projects.Ways to stand out from the crowd:PMP CertificationHPC Clustering or Data-Center technologiesNVIDIA is widely considered one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
