We are looking for a Solution Architect to work with our customers and partners in Japan, promoting the adoption of Agentic AI and providing technical support to enable them to use our portfolio of GPU-accelerated computing solutions—including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.We are seeking a highly motivated senior software engineer to develop and deploy Metropolis Visual Intelligence Agents and Agentic AI Blueprints. NVIDIA Metropolis blueprints are reference accelerated AI workflows with Visual intelligence agents using Video foundation Models and Vision Language Models.What you'll be doing:In this role, you will Design, Build and Deploy Metropolis Agentic blueprints using Nvidia cosmos VLM NIMs and Video foundation NIMs for smart cities, warehouses, public safety and more.Deploy, scale, benchmark and optimize these accelerated agentic blueprints in Cloud Native Environments (at the edge and cloud)Collaborate, brainstorm, and improve the designs with collaborators from across the organizationWork closely with peer engineering, technical Program management and Product Management teams to make our products betterWhat we need to see:Significant software and cloud development and deployment experienceBackground in developing AI applications with vision modelsA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (BS or MS) or equivalent experience.8+ years of relevant industry experienceStrong background in design and implementationPassion for building scalable and performant inference applications.Hands-on development and deployment of high quality, highly distributed cloud-based RESTful microservicesPassion for extending your technical knowledge into new areasStrong analytical skills and proven success in problem-solving and achieving performance objectivesWays to stand out from the crowd:MS or PhD in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.Experience building end to end AI inference services and deploying them into productionBackground with cloud native technologies such as containers and Kubernetes, etcHands-on experience building accelerated AI applications using generative AI and vision modelsExperience in building agentic applicationsYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
