NVIDIA Networking is looking for Senior Software Technical Program Manager to join the Israeli team. As a TPM You will have an overall responsibility for managing end-to-end programs, planning, and execution of FW & SW projects. This role will include direct communication with R&D leaders, executives, HW, Chip Design all relevant stakeholders to drive the program delivery while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints for powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers.NVIDIA Networking is a global leader in cutting-edge InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions. At NVIDIA, we’re constantly innovating - shaping the future of AI networking and accelerating the world’s data like never beforeWhat you'll be doing:Own and lead multiple networking software Switch related programs powering NVIDIA’s next-generation AI data centers.Orchestrate cross-functionally among Israeli and global marketing , engineering, and operations teams from initial requirements through architecture stage, execution, and deliveryDrive feature planning and prioritization to ensure program goals and product capabilities meet schedule and quality targetsIdentify and resolve risks, gaps, and bottlenecks through collaboration with technical, program leaders and executive managementMatrix management of inbound teams to ensure consistent alignment with NVIDIA’s strategic direction and product goalsWhat we need to see:B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience, MBA – advantage.5+ years of experience in software program or project management or leadershipStrong expertise in software project management methodologies and tools (such as Jira/TFS/Redmine, MS Excel, MS Project, Power BI)Experience managing multidisciplinary software development over hardware and/or silicon productsSelf-driven team player with strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach; capable of leading people and driving complex tasks in parallelExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to clearly convey complex information to engineers and executivesAbility and willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and collaborate across time zonesWays to stand out from the crowd:Ability to conduct technical discussionsSoftware networking backgroundExperience running multiple programs or releases in parallel within global, cross-functional organizationsExperience with large-scale programsFamiliarity with Agile software development principles and frameworksIf you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
