Our networking product engineering team is looking for a test development engineer. The position combines an understanding of HW and SW to provide stable, efficient, smoothly running production tests, to enable high availability, while ensuring the quality of the products being shipped to customers.What you’ll be doing:Design and develop automated tests for networking Switches while working closely with the HW, ASIC, and SW Engineering teams to achieve a reliable test with high coverageExposed to various aspects of design, DFT, and test of NVIDIA's next-generation network productsTake a significant part in the definition and development of tests from the development level to the final test of Network-SystemsWorking with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, and capacity, and reduce production costsWhat we need to see:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field5+ years of related experience in software developmentProgramming experience in one or more programming languages: Perl, Python, Cּּ++Familiarization with UNIX/Linux OS operating systemsBackground with the lab environment and tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generatorsWays to stand out from the crowd:Excellent programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skillsA highly motivated teammate who always stays up-to-date with new technologies and test methodologiesNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
