We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect based in Netherlands ​who will be part of our Solution Architect team. This team supports all technical aspects of sales engagements. You will be responsible for driving our end-to-end (E2E) technology solutions with focus on networking portfolio. Work with some of our most strategic cloud, HPC, telco and enterprise datacenter customers, as well as providing field feedback to our marketing and engineering teams on our product strategy. Work closely with the sales teams and product marketing to define solutions answering customer needs.Technical account management for Nvidia Networking and E2E datacenter products key accountsConducting regular customer meetings for product updates and introductions to new technology solutions and delivering product roadmap presentations to customers and technology partnersResponding to RFP/RFI proposals for AI factories, HPC clusters, Cloud, Enterprise and more, covering datacenter technologies designsBuilding and delivering custom-tailored product demonstrations and POCs for solutions that address critical business needs for our customersTechnical project management of complex networking and datacenter technologies deployments and design-in opportunitiesAnalyzing and troubleshooting performance or functionality issues with new technology at the customer site and preparing and delivering technical training presentationsProvide constructive feedback to engineering regarding product requirements, evolution, including submitting Requests for Enhancements supported with business evidenceWhat we need to see:This role is for an individual with the motivation and skills to drive the technical pre-sales process. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Solution Architect (or similar Sales Engineering roles) experienceA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineeringDatacenter solutions, cloud technologies or networking knowledge. Deep understanding of K8s and Linux Virtualization technologies (KVM) technologies.Networking experience, including network topologies considerations, solid knowledge of L2/L3 Ethernet or other networking protocolsUnderstanding of Server system-level issues, including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, PCIe devices, NICs, and hardware architectureTechnical presentation skills and confidence in developing Proofs-of-ConceptMust have strong sense of achievement and customer focused attitudeEffective time management and capable of balancing multiple demands with competing deadlinesAbility to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfactionTravel required as needed (up to 25% of the workload), mainly in Central and Northern EuropeWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with Low latency / high BW interconnect such as InfiniBandPractical experience with K8s and Linux Virtualization technologies (KVM)Experience with GPU accelerated systems administration and SW and distributed/parallel computingGood understanding of Datacenter networking, infrastructure, power, and cooling solutionsPractical DevOps experienceNVIDIA is at the forefront of breakthroughs in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization.
