Reporting to operations leadership, you'll collaborate with global teams, DevSecOps, and managed service providers (MSPs) to enhance reliability across PepsiCo's vast infrastructure, including cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
Focus on proactive incident identification, root cause analysis for major incidents, and optimizing Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) and Mean Time to Detect (MTTD). Leverage tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and BigPanda to build a world-class Command Center.
