  • Liaise with state regulatory bodies on occupational health matters, advocating for PepsiCo's interests.
  • Develop and implement best practices in occupational health and environmental safety in collaboration with site teams.
  • Contribute to budgeting, procurement, and supplier contracts related to safety and ecology.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A higher education degree in Technospheric Safety, Ecology and Natural Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in occupational health and ecology.
  • Deep knowledge of normative-legal frameworks governing occupational health, environmental, and fire safety in Russia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to tackle complex challenges.

Fluency in Russian is essential, with English as a plus for global collaboration.
