Role Overview

As an Occupational Health & Safety Specialist at PepsiCo's Lianozovo facility in Moscow, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our workforce and environment. This full-time position reports to the site EHS leadership and involves managing occupational health processes, implementing global EHS standards, and fostering a proactive safety culture. Located at Dmitrovskoye Shosse 108, this role offers a dynamic environment in a leading manufacturing plant, with opportunities to impact operational excellence (OpEx) and capital projects (CapEx).

Ideal for professionals with manufacturing OHS experience, this position demands expertise in Russian labor legislation, international standards, and hands-on process administration using tools like SAP and MyEHS.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Managing occupational health processes: organizing medical examinations, psychiatric evaluations, intoxication prevention, and dispensarization.
  • Handling documentation for the Medical-Social Expertise (MSE) commission on disability cases.
  • Leading the implementation and maintenance of EHS 62 - Injury Prevention and Return-to-Work as the standard owner.
  • Providing methodological and organizational support for standards including EHS 03 (Contractor Management), EHS 30 (Wastewater Discharge), EHS 32 (Stormwater Management), EHS 33 (Spill Prevention & Response), EHS 36 (Resource Conservation), EHS 40 (Potable Water), EHS 45 (Air Emissions), and EHS 58 (Ergonomics).
  • Coordinating the Lianozovo site health unit operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with dendrology and adverse meteorological condition regulations.
  • Leading OpEx projects, supporting CapEx initiatives, and participating in working groups.
  • Administering processes in SAP and MyEHS, maintaining documentation, databases, and delivering weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Performing on-duty functions for the Occupational Health and Industrial Safety service.
  • Engaging personnel to build safety culture through active interaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Higher professional education in occupational health & safety or technical field with professional retraining in OHS.
  • At least 2 years of OHS experience in manufacturing.
  • Certifications and verified knowledge in labor protection, fire safety, environmental safety, electrical safety, and civil defense.
  • Strong knowledge of Russian Federation legislation, normative documents in OHS, fire, environmental safety, civil defense, plus international/Russian standards and PepsiCo's GEHSMS.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining occupational health & environmental management systems, including production control.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with site leaders, division heads, and state regulatory bodies.
  • Foundational knowledge in management, organizational economics, budgeting, goal management, and project management.
  • Basic English (recommended), confident PC user skills.
