Role Overview

The Occupational Safety Supervisor at PepsiCo's Dammam facility plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee health and safety (EHS). You will facilitate, monitor, and ensure the implementation of the EHS Management System on the shop floor, providing expert guidance to plant teams. This full-time position demands a proactive leader passionate about safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Occupational Safety Supervisor, your core duties include:

• Delivering EHS advice, guidance, and coaching to plant teams using varied approaches to ensure sustainable compliance with all EHS requirements.
• Assisting the EHS Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies and procedures.
• Performing regular checks, inspections, behavioral safety observations, and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Coordinating and conducting EHS trainings, maintaining fire systems, PPE compliance, and safety records.
• Actively participating in risk assessments, accident investigations, emergency preparedness, audits, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Taking immediate corrective actions, including halting operations if safety violations are detected.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Occupational Safety Supervisor:

• Hold a BA/BS in Occupational Safety Health, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Possess a recognized EHS qualification, preferably NEBOSH IGC3.
• Demonstrate excellent command of Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management software.
• Bring experience in manufacturing EHS, with a focus on shop floor implementation and behavioral safety.

Preferred Experience

Prior work in the food and beverage sector, coupled with knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, will set you apart.
